It's a close and an easy place. They have good happy hour special that my friends usually get. I pretty much only get one roll (Crazy Crunch Roll). Service is always helpful and they have good suggestions. The ambiance is nothing special, it feels like a regular eating establishment. It's not something I would go out of the way for, but if you're in the area it's worth a visit.

Was pleasantly surprised by this spot! Ordered through DoorDash and everything came just as we ordered it which was nice because sometimes ordering through the apps can be hit or miss. I got the hot night roll which was delicious-the salmon was soo fresh! They have so many good menu options that I wanted to try that I didn't see on the app, so I will definitely be going in person or taking out next time.

I was craving sushi and it hit the spot! I got delivery since the wait time wasn't too long and it was still pretty good!

Went here for lunch and got the Sashimi Hillcrest Special- Chefs Choice. I have been here several times and for whatever reason, the freshness and cut on the sashimi was better than ever. I will continue to come here for my sushi fix

I've ordered more than a couple times here and I've never been disappointed. You can taste the freshness and the flavors are tasty. One of my go to sushi places.

Wonderful Sushi in Hillcrest is a great spot for a family sushi lunch. We tried four rolls (the Albacore, Hillcrest, avocado, and crunchy rolls were all delicious) and the macaroon ice cream was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly. It wasn't too busy when we went, which was a nice change of pace. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a solid sushi spot in Hillcrest.
